Swarm Signal is AI systems intelligence for builders.

What Swarm Signal is

Swarm Signal publishes AI systems intelligence for builders: practical interpretation of frontier AI research, infrastructure patterns, model behavior, evals, safety, governance, and deployment tradeoffs.

What we cover

We focus on production interpretation rather than general AI news. Core lanes include agent design, swarm systems, reasoning and memory, safety and governance, models and frontiers, and real-world AI operations.

Evidence discipline

Articles distinguish primary research, vendor claims, benchmarks, implementation notes, and Swarm Signal inference. When evidence is incomplete, we say so and avoid treating early claims as settled fact.

Editorial structure

Analysis pieces should make the decision layer visible: key finding, why it matters, evidence base, operator takeaway, where this breaks, use this if, and avoid this if.

BoredTools links point to boredtools.store, a separate external product site. They are commercial CTAs, not part of the Swarm Signal research archive or editorial evidence layer.

AI-assisted production

Swarm Signal may use AI-assisted workflows for research support, drafting, formatting, cover-art prompting, metadata generation, and audio preparation. Final editorial direction, claim discipline, and publication responsibility remain with Tyler Casey.

Cover art and media

Cover images may be generated or refined through AI image workflows, including Replicate-based generation. Visuals are editorial illustrations and should not be treated as evidence for technical claims.

Audio editions

Audio versions should present the article title, identify the recording as a Swarm Signal article, and then read the article body. Metadata, source trails, navigation labels, and page-formatting artifacts should not be spoken.

Corrections

If a material claim, source interpretation, or implementation recommendation is wrong, the correction should be handled visibly and promptly, with the relevant article updated where appropriate.
